Terms of use

The service

Cadence drafts LinkedIn posts in your voice, holds them for your approval, and publishes the ones you release. It is offered free during private beta and may change, break, or be withdrawn while it is in that state.

Your account

• You need a valid email address and are responsible for keeping your password safe.
• One person per account. Do not share credentials.
• You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.

Your content, your name

Everything Cadence drafts is published under your LinkedIn identity, so you own it and you are accountable for it. Review before you release. You keep all rights to your content; we claim none beyond what is needed to store and publish it for you.

Acceptable use

Do not use Cadence to publish anything unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or that you do not have the right to publish. Do not use it to impersonate another person or organisation, and do not attempt to break the service or reach another workspace's data.

LinkedIn

Cadence acts on your behalf through LinkedIn's official interfaces using access you grant. Your use of LinkedIn stays subject to LinkedIn's own terms, and LinkedIn can restrict or remove access at any time. Cadence is independent of LinkedIn Corporation.

AI drafting

Drafts are produced by the AI provider whose key you supply. Automated writing can be wrong. Cadence runs checks against the facts you give it and holds anything questionable for review, but the final judgement is yours.

No warranty, limited liability

During beta the service is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, Cadence is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost business, or damage to reputation arising from use of the service.

Ending it

You can close your account at any time from the console. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. On closure your workspace and its content are deleted.
